話到用時方恨少

 話說之前去雪山，帶了我的愛機rollei 35w QZ，想說要拍一些正點的照片回家。沒想到上去沒多久，他就掛點了。實在很霧足。更霧足的是，這一台年紀不小的相機，屬於上一個世代（底片相機），又是冷門牌子，正被迅速的取代當中。當我下山，他還沒回復過來，正式宣告腦水腫昏迷不醒，我就知道事情大條了，國內沒有醫生救的了他，就算有這樣的技術，也可能沒有適合的器官可供轉移（零件啦）。



打電話給國內代理商，果然是愛莫能助，胡亂找到一間新的貿易公司，代理rollei，打電話去也跟我說可修或送香港修，沒想到相機寄去竟然又原封不動寄回來，修理單上寫：本相機為專業相機，無法維修。



在死馬當活馬醫的情形下寫信到德國去問，這才是今天的主題。雖然心中千言萬語，卻苦苦無法順暢表達，好不容易擠出一點字兒，希望對方看得懂，如下：



dear:

  recently my beloved camara rollei 35w QZ suddenly came failure of operating. i sent it to locate dealer

to fix it but they told me they can't, because they only accept digital one.



would you mind telling me anywhere i can fix it? like hong kong, singapore or germany,  i'll send it to that place.



please reply me, thank you very much!





信寄出後我只能祈禱對方不會誤認是幼稚園小朋友的惡作劇，結果今天回信讓我燃起一絲希望：

 

Dear Sir,

 

we fix all Rollei analog cameras, therefore we got your mail.

Please send us your 35w OZ for repair.

但是錢該怎麼給？他們真的會修嗎？一堆問題在心頭，又打了一封信給他們：



dear Sir:

i must apologize for my poor english first. hope it won't be a problem to my express.



may i ask several questions before i send my QZ?

1. i live in taiwan, an island country nearby china mainland in south-east asia, which way should i pay for repairing camera? maybe i can send enough Euro together with camera? if that works, please tell me how much is enough.(includes portage to send it back)



2. in my unprofessional opinion, my camera maybe came to a circuit board fault(when i put turn on button, it shows battery symbol on LCD without any other action, change batteries get the same result), my local Rollei dealer told me Rollei company had no components any more. if that's truth than i should stop thinking fix it?



3. if it can be fixed, what address should i send? sorry, i can't read German so i can't review your website too.
